First edition. Two volumes(203 x 138 mm). The first edition was comprised of 2,105 copies, 55 of which were specially produced on Lafuma-Navarre vellum and lettered or Roman-numeralled. This set is one of those 55, both volumes marked XXXV. Quite rare.
 
Contemporary full red morocco, gilt-lettered spine, all edges gilt, original wrappers bound in. Hinges a bit rubbed, else Fine. A beautifully captivating set housed in slipcases.
