Original gray flexible calf binding with red grommets by Thomas Zwang of Hamburg, 32 pages on cotton rag, white handmade paper appliqués, white hand-coloring. Scattered foxing, else Fine. Housed in publisher’s chemise and slipcase.
 
The monochromatic white design evokes Dickinson’s Lady in White moniker, and some of the poems are concealed beneath translucent paper fragments or printed on the reverse of mounted strips, mirroring the poet’s reclusive life.
